Kevin also Co-Founded Transwestern’s Data Center Practice Group in the Midwest region and has negotiated and completed over $2B in real estate transactions. He is an expert in the Data Center Industry as well as energy markets across the US and has a vast network of contacts in both industries. Kevin has performed a wide array of services such as: land assemblage, development, acquisitions, dispositions, equity & debt financing, economic development and incentives negotiations.
